Heading the event coordination team, Jen is always available to discuss the details of your event. With extensive food service experience in both catering and restaurants, Jen can plan your event from concept to clean up.
David Hill (Executive Chef)
David graduated from George Brown College over 20 years ago. His passion for innovative fine food has given him the opportunity to work in various hotels, spend three years working fine dining in Vancouver followed by extensive catering and kosher catering in Toronto for the past 14 years David’s passion is in off-premise catering and excels at organizing a brigade of chefs for large events.
Cora James (Executive Pastry Chef)
Cora's passion for dessert has led her to work in a variety of environments, from bread baking at Patachou Patisserie to managing the pastry department at Splendido Bar and Grill. She would be happy to help you create your next unique dessert experience.
Peter Harvey (Executive Sous Chef)
Peter earned a red seal in his native country Australia before coming to Canada. After arriving in Canada, Peter has worked in various catering companies and the Four Seasons Hotel before finding a home at 10tation. His excellent communication skills and ability to calm any situation are great assets when executing large events.
Sarah De Nino (Senior Event Consultant)
Event planning, from start to finish, has always been a passion for Sarah. In this industry, bringing a client’s ideas to reality is a dedicated process involving detail and organization. As part of the creative team at 10tation, Sarah will be glad to speak with you about your individual event needs.
Frank Cugliari
From start to finish, Frank’s goal is to ensure the customer is always happy with the 10tation experience. With a honours diploma in Public Relations, and an innovative vision for planning every unique event, Frank will be glad to cater to your special needs.

Jennie comes to 10tation with a vast history stemming from floral training to hotel & restaurant experience in which she most recently worked for Fairmont at the Banff Springs Hotel.
