Hi Jennie,
Yes it was great to meet you as well, and I thank you for a great job, from the proposal, to all the email questions, to the actual event, it was great.
Everyone commented on the food, and were most impressed at the quantity, and how delicious it was. So much so that a Manager (vegan who has a hard time finding things she can eat) went up to the buffet 3 times!!!
Things were presented nicely (liked the coffee urns), to the replenishing of food and drinks, everything was fantastic.
Thank you for all your help, and we will definitely keep you in mind if we ever have any events that require catering!

I have been meaning to contact you since Saturday evening. Everything was spectacular!!! The food was truly outstanding - we were very impressed! We loved the seafood crepes, and sirloin! The truffle whipped potatoes were so delicious! We were equally impressed at how efficient Jeff and Patrick were! Patrick gave wonderful service, he paid attention to little details without me having to ask, he was so pleasant, and professional. Jeff was just as amazing to work with and have in our home. Everyone LOVED the food - all of it!! Several women took your napkin home for the contact info. This was the first time we had experience with a catering service and we were so pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Thank you Jennie for everything, it was great to meet you as well and you are good at what you do!

The luncheon was wonderful and the flowers were lovely.  It was such a nasty day that a hot 'comfort food' lunch was just what we needed, and the Board members were very pleased with the food.  A couple of our lady Board members were particularly taken with the salad, while the Chairman and Vice-Chairman (and several others) had 'seconds' of the whipped potatoes with the beef burgundy.

Wow!  What a party!!  We had the best time on Sunday…the food, the service, and of course our chef extraordinaire.  Yunis was absolutely fabulous, the appetizers were most delicious and the grilling of the steaks and souvlakia were perfect.   And most importantly being able to deal with the antics of some of my family members was of genuine talent.  I understand exactly why Yunis is your ‘right hand man’, definitely a great person.  And Reagan is such a delightful person…she had her finger on the pulse and made everything run smoothly.

just wanted to thank you for working with Lauren and I to make the party a great success!!  I know that 10tation has big parties for big clients and it says a lot about the quality of service from 10tation when we received the very personal attention that we did.  There were a couple of things that we had to improvised on but I think that is par for the course in the event planning world.  In the end the party was ‘like a fairytale’ in my wifes eyes and everyone had a great time, and that is all that matters.  Everyone LOVED the food, which is one of the main reasons why we went with 10tations in the first place, it could not have been better!!

I have been requested to pass on a message from the Chair of our Board of Directors. She wishes me to express that everything was marvelous on the evening of April 26 - the food, the decor, the ambiance! In her words, it was flawless. I have to agree. The whole event was so wonderful! I don’t think I have ever received so many compliments before! I have been giving out your name as everyone wants to know who the caterer is!! I am truly impressed with the presentation and service we received by 10tation. I will send a more formal letter but I just had to fire something off this morning. You all did such an amazing job - knew it would be good I just had no idea how good! I appreciate the hours that went into this and the struggles you all had but honestly you could not have done any better. Today I have received many many emails saying it was the best Shareholders Dinner ever - and most of these emails were from people who have been with the firm for 10+ years. To the great crew behind the party in Mississauga,
Everyone that was at my home this past Friday night was fantastic. The entire evening was a huge success and (besides my great friends) 10tation was a huge part of it. All the food was fabulous and the staff blended right in with our guests. Service was impeccable and the food was fresh and delicious. (Almost made me forget we were in suburbia). I have been to many catered events before and this is the first time all the guests requested the caterer’s card!
